Black Friday/Week Sales Terms and Conditions

We appreciate all our customers and strive to offer fair and transparent trading conditions. To ensure that all our customers have equal access to the same benefits, the following terms apply to purchases made before and during Black Week.

1. Delivery Times

We aim to maintain normal delivery times, but due to increased demand during Black Week, delivery times may be extended. We ask our customers to take this into account, and we will do our best to keep them updated on any changes.

2. Limited Stock

Our Black Week offers are subject to stock availability. We cannot guarantee product availability after the Black Week promotions end. We recommend shopping early to secure your desired items.

3. Discount Refunds

If you made a purchase before the start of Black Week, we unfortunately cannot refund the price difference for discounts offered during this period. This ensures fair conditions for all customers, as we have advertised our Black Week deals well in advance.

4. Price Adjustments

Please note that Black Week prices are time-limited and may change after the campaign period ends. You will be charged the current price at the time of purchase, so be sure to complete your order while the offers are still active.

5. Customer Service and Support

Our customer service team is here to assist you during Black Week. Due to higher inquiry volumes, response times may be longer, but we strive to answer all inquiries as quickly as possible. For the latest customer service information, please visit our website.

6. Discount Code Terms

Discounts offered during Black Week cannot be combined with other existing offers or discount codes issued before the start of Black Week. However, if unique discount codes are issued specifically for Black Week, they can be used but only within the designated period.

7. Black Friday Special: Free Product – Return Policy Notice

If you receive a free product with your order as part of our Black Friday promotion, please note that if you choose to return your entire order, the free product must also be returned to complete the refund process.

• Spend at least 399 DKK (approx. 53 EUR / 623 NOK / 62 USD).
• A pop-up will appear where you can select your size.
• Complete checkout.
• If you're among the first 300 customers, the free top will be shown in your order confirmation.
• If it’s not in your confirmation, the free top was unfortunately not secured.

WHEN IS THE TOP SECURED?
• The free top is only secured once checkout is fully completed.
• Seeing the pop-up or choosing a size does not reserve it.

RETURNS
• For a full return, the free top must also be returned.
• You may keep the free top only if you keep items worth at least 399 DKK (53 EUR / 623 NOK / 62 USD).
• If you keep items worth less than this amount, the free top must be returned as well.
• If the free top is not returned when required, its value will be deducted from your refund.

TROUBLESHOOTING
• If you previously saved your cart, try removing and re-adding an item to trigger the pop-up.
• Make sure your cart total is at least 399 DKK after discounts.
• If the pop-up doesn’t appear, all 300 free tops may have already been claimed.
