RETURNS & EXCHANGES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Unfortunately, we do not yet offer return labels for all international orders. You will need to arrange return shipping with a carrier of your choice and send the package using their services (e.g., through a post office or courier service). You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, including customs and VAT fees if returning from outside the EU.
You have a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item at a pickup point or your address.
It is your responsibility to ensure the package reaches us. We strongly recommend using a tracking number for your return. A tracking number is essential to secure your refund, as packages sent without tracking may be lost.
Send the package directly to the return address, as we do not collect packages from kiosks or post offices.
CUSTOMS, VAT & OTHER FEES (Outside the EU)
IMPORTANT: If you are returning from outside the EU, you must ensure that all customs and duties are prepaid before sending the parcel. Please confirm this with the courier you choose. We cannot provide return labels for these countries and will not cover customs or duty charges. If these requirements are not met, the return will be sent back to you.
For the most reliable customs clearance, we strongly recommend using FedEx, DHL Express, UPS, or Asendia, as these carriers have the appropriate customs processing systems in place to handle international returns correctly.
National postal services (e.g., Australia Post, Royal Mail, Posten Norge) often partner with carriers in Denmark that automatically route parcels into customs, even when the return label is completed correctly. This can result in delays, returns, or rejection of the parcel.
To avoid this, please use one of the recommended courier services and ensure the shipment is clearly marked as:
“Returned goods – originally exported from Denmark – no commercial value.”
If you have paid customs duties or other fees, these will not be refunded when you return your order.

Always include your name and order number inside the package so we can identify your return. Without this information, we will not know where to issue the refund.
Once we receive your return, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund may take up to 10 business days to be credited to your account.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not available. If you want a different item, you will need to return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
However, you can exchange your webshop order in our physical store in Copenhagen.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE IF:
- The 14-business-day return window has passed.
- The item(s) are not securely packed.
- The item(s) have traces of perfume, makeup, or a smoke smell.
- Tags or labels have been removed or damaged.
